Administrative professional finds employment stability, despite a turbulent and unstable marketplace.
Background:
An employee, Janet was having a difficult two years. She was recruited and hired by two managers in a row, who were each subsequently laid off by the companies where she worked due to corporate downsizing.
The Solution:
Janet had previously thought about applying with SPARKS but was hesitant about seeking temporary/contract employment.
